@TheBeardOfXabi @SamMcGuire90 I disagree - he’s not got the profile to build around anymore and playing himself inside hasn’t suited. He had a great 20 mins midweek but first half was frustrating. He’s just not the level anymore to consistently deliver in the PL on and off the ball

@OneSGW @SamMcGuire90 While that might be true i'd argue we haven't utilized Salah in the best ways this season either. Get him closer to goal and stuff happens. Make him hug the touchline and he's too far from where the magic happens.

It’s mad when Salah scores a goal or does something good, the eulogising kicks in. Same can’t be said for all of the team. Salah & Ekitike were wasteful first half and had a 15 minute spell of being great. A level of balance & consistency has to be applied

@TheBeardOfXabi @SamMcGuire90 They are! So then it’s about efficiency, work off the ball, clutch moments. Ekitike and Salah have to often been poor off the ball and not taken chances in clutch moments

@mexicola25 @SamMcGuire90 Correcting spelling. Jesus. Mate he can’t run fast anymore, his strength is gone, he’s a yard slower at doing everything. He was poor that year but last season we were able to free him up and he squeezed every last drop out. But he’s done. He be gone in summer

@OneSGW @Dr_EsOs The risk comes from when these players (or any reall) need to force something against resolute defending in numbers. If teams play open we can carve them with little risk. Unfortunately every PL manager would have seen this reminder of what happens if they open up vs us.
