@AnfieldApex This is called not feeling sorry for yourself. Used the experience to win the competition the following season. Same with the 97 point season. An elite mentality. Apply themselves to the end of last season win it by 20 points or so & throw down the challenge, be imperious.

Following your passion is keeping you broke. Instead, create a 90-page ebook and sell it on amazon for $19. It’s boring... But it can make you an extra $2,945/month. And it only takes 1 hour a day. Here’s how to do it in 10 simple steps: 1/ Ask ChatGPT to list 10 evergreen nonfiction niches 2/ Pick one specific niche (e.g. Mediterranean cookbook for seniors) 3/ Use ChatGPT to outline 10 chapters 4/ Expand each chapter with Claude AI 5/ Polish the writing with Grammarly 6/ Design a simple cover using Ideogram + Canva 7/ Upload the book to Amazon KDP 8/ Launch at $0.99 9/ Collect 10–20 reviews through niche communities 10/ Raise the price → scale winners → repeat I make $50,000/month doing this. You can easily do $3,000 if you follow my system. But obviously, there’s more to this business. That’s why I’m giving away my AI Publishing tutorial where you can learn how to to all these in more detail. Normally $199. Follow : @johnwick_5266 Today it’s FREE. Comment “AI” I’ll DM it to you. (Follow so I can message you.)

@SamMcGuire90 @Sofascore Better teams with game plans will stop us doing this. When we are in control of certain games we can try it again.

Not sure why it's taken so long for us to try this but it makes a lot more sense. Salah, Ekitike and Wirtz closer together with the width coming from the fullbacks.

Our formation as the night wore on tonight so suited us. Galatasary made it so easy for us to transition into it with one of the most lack lustre European away performances seen at Anfield for many a year. Hope it provides a well needed shot in the arm for our league games.

@OneSGW @ianyoungkop I just want what's right to the club. Not manager in or manager out. Just don't see the point in an interim is what that says.

@StePlunk @ianyoungkop If you think it’s the manager, sacking him at the end of the season is a waste of time. The effective “bounce” could do something this season. Regardless a large chunk of players will be swapped again, regardless so if you wait till summer, you may aswell keep him,

Lots clamouring for Gerrard until the end of the season. With a World Cup on the horizon it would leave a short pre season with players coming back at different times. If they change the manager give whoever comes in months not weeks to get to work.

@OneSGW We are all to man begging for Gakpo to pick out his overlaps. And rightly so. Doesn't look great in defensive situations. You have to go with what the manager (whoever that is) wants to do. Tell me what we are doing now Sam without saying he doesn't have the players?.

@StePlunk That’s 1 player, mate Kerkez has never played wing back in his life. We have 2 players who’ve played it and no where near enough cover

If he came and did this, he should be sacked before he started. Surely he wouldn’t do that?

🚨🎙️𝗤𝗨𝗢𝗧𝗘 - @AdamCrafton_ on Xabi Alonso: “I'm not sure it’s as an obvious fit as people might think — it feels weird to me to imagine Liverpool with a three man defence.” “It’s just not something we are used to seeing and there’s not too many teams that have had huge success in the Premier League with a three at the back.”

@OneSGW Prelonged Thiago Silvas career after getting legged by Germany. It allows legs either side of him. Watch the Barnsley game back, he is what 35 next birthday you have to address his decline which comes with age. Kerkez, Frimpong are wing backs. I am not against it mate.

@StePlunk Mate don’t justify 3 at the back. It’s not an elite team formation. It’s a non starter. Why would it prolong it? 3 at the back teams get legged in transition all the time. Or they play so deep. VVD doesn’t need 3 at the back

@ianyoungkop @Samb37153 It only gets worse if you saddle a replacement with correcting a poor season in 8 games. Who takes the job on those terms. No one! Has to be some sense of realism to it if we change it.

@Ejw79LFC @BenBocsak To a point of course. The recruitment was about creating an attacking force but it hasn't worked. Could this team press like the Klopp title winners. No chance.

@StePlunk @BenBocsak So you’re telling me if Klopp came back tomorrow he couldn’t get this squad pressing? Yeah right

🇩🇪 I know a lot of fans want Xabi Alonso but in my opinion if Liverpool want to return to high-intensity football with aggressive pressing structures and want somebody with experience at the top level than Julian Nagelsmann is your man. He’s doing a good job with Germany, and he developed some of the best pressing teams at Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. Jürgen Klopp seems to be a big fan of him as well. Always thought he was let go far too prematurely at Bayern. He won 71.4% of his games. Obviously, Alonso would be a solid choice, too. Just feel like Nagelsmann is better suited for a Klopp 2.0 style of play.

@IlFMdays @BenBocsak Not that you call Newcastles press massively successful and Leverkusen's formation helped him with that.

@JamesMinghella Depends on how he club position it. Can it get much worse? Rather someone spent quality time with the squad even in the face of saving a season.

@StePlunk Yeah I agree. But if they lose 5 out of 10 for example, whilst internally and fan wise, we'd be ok with that, media will have a field day. Are they just protecting the new guy? Or themselves?

@JamesMinghella They come on the premise whatever the end of season looks like isn't on them. I suppose that's the only way you can look at it. Squad, fans and club needs a lift from somewhere.

@StePlunk In theory that makes sense. But its a terrible time to make a change (which should have been done around Xmas) bases on our run in. Massive pressure is straight on new coach, could be out of CL/FA Cup and top5 race within 3wks. Plus our last 4 games are awful.

We were told that Slot played the same type of football and style that Klopp did. Well, can someone please enlighten me, as they're poles apart. So, who analyzed and scouted him?
