As a customer and my first experience with this hotel in Bulgaria, I was devastated by their shocking lack of commitment to resolving critical issues, leaving me feeling utterly neglected by a brand that claims excellence.

Save your heart and holiday; choose another brand for your precious getaway. If you choose Bulgaria, I’m suggesting “Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa”, part of Hyatt Brand, which they do serve and provide what actually they commit for.

What’s hilarious is - as a man who lives in Bucharest - you never see Gypsys here. They have their own towns deep in the countryside you’d never end up in on accident. Romanian cities are gypsy free as Romanians hate them more than anyone. You only see Roma in western cities.

Reminder that the Gypsy’s founding myth is that a Romani blacksmith was tasked with forging the nails to crucify Jesus, including a fourth to pierce his heart. He hid the 4th nail, and in return God granted Gypsy’s the moral right to commit theft for all eternity

The experience was far from the dream vacation promised—poor service and unresolved problems shattered my expectations. I asked them to return the payment of booking and I booked other hotel. The attached photo speaks volumes: a stark contrast to the luxury Melia advertises.
