Some of the conditions occur in males only (De La Chapelle, 5-ARD, Klinefelter, etc), some occur in females only (Swyer, XX:CAH, Turner, etc).

What aspect when it comes to the classification of “biological female” are we using? Gametes? Not reliable enough to make this claim without excluding cìs people Chromosomes? Not reliable enough either HRT gives you changes associated with the opposite sex. Primary sex characteristics can be adjusted. Focusing on reproductive organs would exclude cìs people. Intersex people by default break the black and white thinking and “they’re exceptions” doesn’t really fly. Trans women are women. We don’t “become women.” We may adjust our appearance to match our gender identity more, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t said gender before transitioning. Also being female is not a requirement of being a woman. “biological female” as if trans women are artificial women is also disgusting transphobic language that makes no sense. Trans women are real women. Trans men are real men.

You don’t need a Muslim majority in order for Islam to dominate policy. All you need is key Muslims in official roles placed strategically around a country to influence local laws. Once the local laws all around a country favor Muslim culture then add to that the influence of the Muslim electorate on highly corruptible non-Muslim politicians and the result is a de facto Muslim government. That’s what we’re seeing in the UK with Muslim city councils, council leaders, and mayors who possess executive power and it’s exactly the plan they want to replicate in America. A female is an individual whose pathway of sex development is associated with the large gamete reproductive strategy. Ovaries + Müllerian development qualifies as that kind of pathway. No ovaries but Müllerian development also qualifies as that kind of pathway. Ovaries + no Müllerian development also qualifies as that kind of pathway. You think that because the female pathway can manifest in different ways, then it's an "exception". That's not how it works. So, again, if you want to know what all females share: All females' pathway of sex development is associated with the large gamete reproductive strategy. There you go.
