I see your point but it's not the same. The sun is not junk food, it's something we have lived with as humans for hundreds of thousands of years. Avoiding all sun is not fully living.
Processed food is a human creation meant to do nothing but line corporate pockets. Not healthy in any way and there are MANY delicious foods to eat instead. See the diference?

Mid-day light also is essential for proper circadian biology. Wearing sunglasses like this during the day is not healthy for humans.
No need to overdo it, and fine to be in the shade if needed under a tree, but never going outside without fearing the star that allows our planet to flourish is lunacy.

Starlink terminals were found in the drone debris from a Ukrainian terror attack that killed 21 people and injured 60+ children in Starobilsk, Russia Lets review exactly how Elon Musk "solved" the Starlink issue shall we? Earlier this year, pro-Ukrainians celebrated Musk's decision to allow only verified Starlink terminals to be used in-and-around the Russian Federation. When this was implemented, Russian forces were thrown into disarray - many frontline position were relying Starlink for access to live drone feeds, updated maps, and Telegram. What does this mean? It means the terminals used to MURDER these CHILDREN (and yes this was murder, they sent multiple waves of drones, triple tapped the target, even got the first responders) the Starlink terminals were VERIFIED and VETTED by Starlink for the attack! As someone who loves people in Russia and Ukraine, this hurts my soul. That Americans continue to use this war as test bench for new technology, use Ukrainians as disposable troops to try and hurt Russia I can also say this: The mood in Moscow has changed. Last year a majority of my Russian family and friends didn't care much about what happened at the frontline. Now everyone wants to see Ukraine defeated and the pressure is mounting on Putin to step up the violence.

Generating high-resolution uncompressed CR2 files from a low-resolution, low-bitrate, overexposed satellite video is not feasible. CR2 files contain unprocessed Canon camera sensor data, but the video’s compression and overexposure permanently lose critical details. AI upscaling can enhance visual resolution, using tools like Adobe Super Resolution or VideoProc AI, but it only estimates missing data, not recovers raw sensor information. Satellite imagery uses different formats, making true CR2 reconstruction impossible. For the MH370 video, upscaling may improve visuals, but creating overlapping raw files is unachievable due to data loss and format incompatibility.

You may be wondering 2 things. 1) What happened to Trump? Who is he listening to? 2) Why does it feel like the internet isn’t real and engagement is fluctuating based on “particular topics” lately? I think I can help answer both questions. There is a company called Vine & Fig Tree (VFT). VFT is a pro-Israel organization with ties to the administration. Earlier this year, VFT was at the White House meeting with Sebastian Gorka. Shortly after that White House meeting, I was contacted through a third party and asked to script-write for VFT. The individual who contacted me is publicly very Christian and widely perceived as America First. I was told the script would be used to create an AI-generated video on behalf of the White House, specifically for NSC and Sebastian Gorka. They told me: “Yeah we have to do this on behalf of them [the administration] because they don’t want it to look like it’s actually coming from the WH.. you know what I mean? I mean, it worked out for them and Nick Shirley.” I was then given a Dropbox link containing research, polling data, internal comments, and strategy material compiled by VFT and the third party involved. Inside the Dropbox were 7 folders. Through those documents, I learned more about what this organization actually does. Their reports monitor major conservative and "dissident-right" accounts and frequently frame those accounts as vulnerable to, or participating in, foreign influence operations. The reports include information regarding @NickFuentes, @hodgetwins, @RealCandaceO, @TuckerCarlson, @jacksonhinklle, @IanCarrollShow, and @MarioNawfal just to name a few. They also collected polling and response data surrounding @joekent16jan19’s resignation from the administration. In another report, they argue that distrust surrounding Charlie Kirk’s assassination was mostly due to Americans falling for Russian, Iranian, and Pakistani propaganda networks. In that same Charlie Kirk report they state, "This represents an urgent national security threat... and demands a whole-of-government response on par with cyberattacks or terrorism." The internal comments attached to these reports are what stood out most. They talk about "going after" Fuentes, stating "undermining his Christian identity is probably a good Idea." They contemplate "getting" @MattWalshBlog or @michaeljknowles to publish on behalf of VFT. They suggest collaborating with NCRI, founded by Joel Finkelstein - a multi-million dollar organization that tracks "hate speech" on social media. Another internal comment weighs in on how they will advise politicians based on their data which also compiles info surrounding JD Vance's 2028 run: “There is definitely a way to use this in our favor: tell politicians that there are two wings of the party, they don’t overlap, the majority lies here, and this is where you should be if you want to get re-elected..." The documents also discuss: Burner profiles, burner ad accounts, AI-generated interview-style videos, audience personas, “troll content briefs”, engagement testing, and ideological audience segmentation. It's a misinterpretation of tiger's brilliant evolutionary adaptation.
Tigers are apex predators. Adult tigers don’t have natural predators to worry about, so they don't need "anti-predator" defenses.
Instead, those striking white spots on the back of their ears (called ocelli) serve a much deeper biological purpose.
When a tiger lowers its head to drink, its ears naturally rotate and flatten out.
Even an apex predator is vulnerable when its head is down at a waterhole.
Rival tigers, large packs of dholes, or mugger crocodiles can seize the moment.
To a predator stalking from behind, it looks like the tiger is staring straight at them.
But the adaptation goes further.
In dense woods & grass, a tigress uses these high-contrast white spots as silent, visual guideposts for her cubs to follow.
The problem exists because we project our own ideas of defense onto an animal that is actually using a masterpiece of offensive signaling and maternal communication.
