Day 3 of dealing with unreliable delivery companies such as @DPDgroup_news (I know, corporate account but there's no other way to contact DPD), @RoyalMailHelp and #Evri All 3 a complete waste of space

@OnionViews @RoyalMail @Sprinklr Am sick of them. Had too many CDs and magazines "lost" in the post this year. Is there an ombudsman we can complain to? Sick of paying Royal Mail for a service they don't provide and then having to write off cost of undelivered stuff.

When are @RoyalMail going to refund customers for fact that Tracked24 and Tracked48 packages that they make ALL their profit on and charge a fortune for now consistently take between 4 days and 7 days to deliver AND a week on the tracking site is STILL completely broken.

@RoyalMail - we pay for a service that is ‘scanned on delivery’ but we are finding more and more packages are not scanned. Customers are then claiming non delivery, and we can’t prove delivery because the items are not scanned 1/
