@orca_so Permissioned pools are the real unlock here — but they push a fresh problem onto routers: eligibility has to be resolved at the routing layer, not just inside the pool. Solve that and regulated assets finally become composable on-chain. Strong move.

Update: Orca is increasing from 3/6 to 5/9 signers rotating all multi-sig keys that govern our program upgrade authority. We have also added a 24h time lock.
