@BootsUK how do I cancel an order? I didn’t realise the delivery date was not for another week.

@BootsUK customer service and delivery is shocking. Waited over 1.5 weeks for an order which still isn’t with Royal Mail and you tell me to wait another 5 days before I get a refund!! Shocking



@BootsUK Pharmacy didn't order my meds (again for the millionth time), so I missed having them yesterday, ended up having a really anxious sleep, now today I'm just shaking and feeling horrible inside.




DAY 17. Still no official response from @BootsUK. Still no replacement for my hazardous, leaking order. Every day they ignore my message is a day they prove they don’t care. Count with me. Day 17 and counting. 🛑🆘 #BootsUK #CustomerServiceFailure #CancerRecovery #HealthCare


@BootsUK What I should have done is bought the item in store (vastly overpriced) then ordered online and once the online purchase arrived, take the in store purchase back for a full refund (return policy)
