@BootsUK Again this week the lift in the Weymouth boots is out of order again😡😡😡 how do you expect the elderly, disabled and people with mobility problems to get up the stairs to get to the pharmacy?😡😡 this store is so badly designed!! it is getting beyond a joke now!!

@BootsUK customer service and delivery is shocking. Waited over 1.5 weeks for an order which still isn’t with Royal Mail and you tell me to wait another 5 days before I get a refund!! Shocking

@BootsUK What I should have done is bought the item in store (vastly overpriced) then ordered online and once the online purchase arrived, take the in store purchase back for a full refund (return policy)

@BootsUK very dissapointed just visited a local store to enquire about click & collect order we placed,delivery was expected today the store informed me they don't get deliveries on Wednesdays, This is not noted on delivery options do all stores not receive Wednesday deliveries?

@BootsUK I made a complaint, and apparently my complaint can only be responded to if I supply: my full name, DOB, full address, amongst other information. Do you need my passport and blood type too? Why the need for so much information? Seems excessive. I think ICO would agree
