Shocked by @BootsUK. Delivery arrived completely ruined with leaking products meant for a birthday. Due to limited mobility (cancer), I’m being told to wash the products, repack and "find a friend" to return it. Where is the support for vulnerable customers?‼️#CustomerService

Been stressed since yesterday trying to fix this. phone calls, 3 bounced emails, & nothing but templated replies on WhatsApp. They even refused to give me a complaints email. As a single mum in cancer treatment, I shouldn’t have to fight this hard for a simple fix. 💔🆘

@ericowensdc @CallaWalsh It isn’t even necessarily China. We’ve had a presence in most of those countries since WWII. We were protecting against the Soviets back then, China didn’t have much to do with it. Personally I’m fine if we stop paying to be the world cops. It’s expensive and thankless.
