1 hour and 15 mins for a treadmill on 3.9 mph ( second run was 15 mins) + hooping in a open gym 3 days a week. I’m trying to build confidence in myself and beyond, losing 20 pounds also has helped me. Keep grinding no matter what.

I never have the confidence to fully trust a secondary in important tournaments, other Bryan players show me that its possible to play him no matter what matchup or player they fight
I feel like it would benefit to play 2 characters, but can also stunt my growth
