@JagexAsh It came as an Idea for me when i was going through my messy leagues 4 bank and trying to patch up a setup to fit the next activity. It's probably not as useful for a dialed in player but would probably be great for less savvy players or for mobile

@OnlyDor7123 Do you actually envisage that as being for switching the items between slots based on it, throughout the tab/bank? Or would it just be a temporary filter effect to help you withdraw stuff from whatever slot it was kept in? Just curious :)

@JagexAsh Any plans to improve bank sorting in the near future? Would be nice to be able to lookup 'melee' and find melee gear. or being able to sort items by stats/High alch value. I know runelite has a good bank tags system but you have to add each tag to each item.

@OnlyDor7123 Not currently. Given how many different opinions there can legitimately be about how sorting "should" be done, it sounds like a tricky one to design in a way that'd be widely accepted, even with a few options :)

@JagexAsh I think it's an option if the other requirements won't deter the bot farms and it would aggravate the issue. I think it's better to tie it to unique identifiers like phone numbers, and authenticators so new players can have it, that's the original goal of the tweet.

@OnlyDor7123 Oh, this is intended for players who've made that scale of progress? That makes quite a big difference, if so - I'd thought it was about really new players being introduced to the game for the first time.

@JagexAsh Getting friends to try out the game is really tough with most of the decent content behind a paywall, I know membership trials are abused by bot farmers but what if you make it so any item you get during the trial is untradeable until you buy a membership?

@JagexAsh Yea makes sense, I think if you hide it behind something like dragon slayer or other higher end f2p content, it would also set up the player to enjoy more of their trial. A secure membership trial would help with new players a lot and make bot farmers pay money.

@OnlyDor7123 If other mitigations can help keep them down, that'd certainly be good. Also, I think players would have to be kept out of areas that allow PvP looting, while they're in that state.

@JagexAsh I think that at worst case scenario you'd be monetizing the already existing bot issue and have better tools to get new players in the game. If the trial is only available for players that have authenticator on with a few other requirements, you'd really minimize the risk.

@OnlyDor7123 Interesting idea, though it sounds like we'd get an even bigger influx of those accounts trying to gather the items in the first place, even if they'd (*hopefully*) get banned before they got membership to trade them away.
