I think it's all about money, and the @Noxa_Fi team couldn't split it. I don't think an update can be done in two days; it's usually prepared well in advance. I also don't think they're such idiots as to disable the ability to deploy tokens for two days. I think it's all about money, which they couldn't split after seeing millions in the general account. Have you seen this website? Besides, they have an official token; it was a planned promotion to make money using the hype of the RH launch, but I think now they're trying to resolve an internal dispute within the team.
