@DandaroOnline It says more about our Premiership. There is no way a man above 50 should be playing at the highest level. This is the reason we struggle at international level. Our standards are way too low

@scarletreport I think a not so good midfielder you can see from afar but sometimes they just ignore. For instance everyone could see that Kante was an excellent player. Elliot Anderson is good and João Gomes is decent

For every Michael Carrick there is a Parker, a Drinkwater, a Schneiderlin, a Barkley, a Rodwell. Buying an in-form midfielder from another EPL team (especially considering the £££) doesn’t guarantee the slam dunk many people think it would. This should be handled with care.

THREAD PART 1: My 2001 wedding almost got blocked by the church Pastor and I didn’t see it coming. 😅 May 2001. I did everything right. Informed elders: Wedding in August. Committee formed. Plans approved. Everything smooth. Too smooth… 🚩😂 We were the only Adventists in both families. So we agreed: No alcohol Gospel music only I even brought the DJ playlist for approval like I was submitting an exam 😭 The committee approved everything. Then plot twist. Current Pastor gets transferred. New one comes in. Problem? He can’t officiate weddings. But he says: “Don’t worry, a Pastor from Bulawayo will come.” We believed him. June comes - We follow up. Same answer: “Don’t worry, he will be there.” Meanwhile: I must pay transport And quoted upkeep fee for his convenience. Sponsoring my own Pastor 😭 Then BOOM 💣 Next Committee meeting. Message from Pastor: “You can’t use the church.” Reason? We had sinned. We had sex before marriage and the evidence was there😀 We were censured Translation: Church weddings are for the ones with no evidence they had sex before marriage😭 I asked: “But others just got married like this before us” Answer: “Conference’s new rule introduced last month.” Ah yes, Rules that arrive exactly when you need them. 😂 Last few months prior, never heard any announcement about such a new rule😀 But who can argue with the man of God. I swallowed it. “Fine, I’ll find another venue.” Inside? Finished. My wife? Calm. Quiet. Sitting next to me like, “We move.” ❤️ We found Edmund Davies Hall. Honestly? Better than the church 😅 But still, We wanted that church blessing. But apparently, we didn’t qualify. I felt really sinful and resented the church building for a moment. That night I prayed: “Lord, I accept. Forgive me. Bless whatever happens next.” Peace came. Then chaos resumed immediately 😭

THREAD PART 3: 8 days to the wedding, no support, no plan, only belief😀 After that meeting. Everything disappeared: The weeding committee. Food pledges Transport Support 8 days to wedding. Gone. 😳 Told my bridal team: “I’m cancelling your roles. I don’t want you in trouble.” The legends said: “We go down with you.” 😭🔥 Even Elder’s kids ready for suspension 😅 Meanwhile, No suit No proper budget No church We were free falling into our own wedding 😭 But my wife? Still calm. Still supportive. Not one complaint. That’s when I knew: I chose right ❤️ Wedding day came. And guess what? 😏 The church members showed up in rebellion. ( details in next episode ) No invitation needed 😭 Reception? Absolute beautiful chaos 🔥 Elders. Deaconesses. Everyone. Dancing and getting down to Brenda Fassie’s “Makoti womyakazisa ma elele😂” Holiness took a day off 😭 The photo of me posted earlier - was sponsored by the screams and loudness in the room. When my wife walked in? The noise Unmatched. That moment? Heaven approved. ❤️ They tried to denied us the church, but they couldn’t deny us the blessing. Sometimes rejection isn’t punishment. It’s redirection. Join me in the next episode to find out how everything turned out. 🤗🤗

Well performing Presidents are RARE, it’s very unwise & self defeating to let go of a well performing leader all in the name of worshipping an alien system… That said, CAB3 isn’t about that, it’s about introducing a governance model that brings efficiency & harmony in Zimbabwe…
Inini Zvangu@IZvangu85788

@KMutisi @kasiryTawaz @LynneStactia The President is doing his job, for which he’s paid a salary. We shouldn’t normalise praising a dog for barking. Whatever he has achieved, it’s no reason for him to be imposed on us. If he is the best the country has, then we are a poor nation.

@Ecleto3 @DandaroOnline Are you now supporting my first tweet. I said for him to play premiership football at his age it shows low standards in our league and you disputed that. We want our teams to compete internationally. We want our warriors to compete. We have to raise standards.

@Ecleto3 @DandaroOnline Unfortunately there are Zimbabweans who think like you that is why our football has regressed. Players world over monitor what they eat even during off season. They abstain from drinking not because they don't want to drink but the demands of professional football are high

@Ecleto3 @DandaroOnline Football world over is a multi billion dollar sport. That's why they employ sport scientists, nutritionists, data analysts , and all sorts of professionals. It's a game of fine margins. Teams who remain rooted in archaic thinking are left behind and face extinction.

Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe,ARTUZ
*AMALGAMATED RURAL TEACHERS UNION OF ZIMBABWE (ARTUZ)* *CONSOLIDATED INTERVENTION STRATEGY ON THE ESCALATING COST OF LIVING CRISIS* Date: 24 March 2026 The Amalgamated Rural Teachers Union of Zimbabwe (ARTUZ), having convened and received submissions from its leadership and membership across all provinces, expresses grave concern over the escalating cost of living, particularly the sharp increase in transport costs and the stagnation of wages within the civil service. The prevailing economic conditions have rendered civil servants increasingly incapacitated, undermining their ability to effectively discharge their professional duties. In light of this, ARTUZ hereby adopts the following consolidated intervention strategy. 1. Strategic Objectives This intervention seeks to advocate for wage review, transport subsidies, collective action, and urgent engagement with the employer. 2. Adopted Intervention Measures 2.1 Symbolic and Awareness Campaigns Participate in the nationwide “Walk to Work” campaign scheduled for 31 March to highlight civil servants’ incapacitation. 2.2 Industrial Action Framework Implement partial incapacitation (two days per week), withdrawal from non-essential duties, and escalation to full strike action if necessary. 2.3 Solidarity and Collective Action Engage in joint actions with nurses and collaborate with broader labour bodies to explore the possibility of a general strike. 2.4 Policy Advocacy and Engagement Demand urgent government engagement on salary review, transport subsidies, and fuel cost interventions. 2.5 Mass Mobilisation Initiatives Mobilise citizens to sign the online petition for civil servants’ salary review and finalize the report on the Teachers’ Basket of Needs. 2.6 Organisational Strengthening Ensure leadership accountability and strengthen organisational structures at all levels. 2.7 Communication and Media Strategy Provide regular updates and maintain strategic communication across all relevant platforms. ARTUZ remains unwavering in its commitment to defending civil servants’ rights and will escalate actions if demands are ignored. The same government that raised fuel prices by 39% in sixteen days is now forming a committee to investigate relief. You cannot make this up. Petrol at $2.17 per litre. The highest in SADC. The majority of workers can no longer afford to get to work. Kombi fares went up overnight. Almost everything else will follow. This is not a Middle East story. This is a captured-state story. The pump is a tax. The silence is the policy. open.substack.com/pub/allthingsz… #Zimbabwe #FuelCrisis #AllThingsZimbabwe

We really let Scott McTominay go when he actually understood what it means to play for Manchester United… Not perfect, but he gave you fight, presence, and big moments — all the things we’re missing now. At this point, bringing him back shouldn’t even be off the table.

@UtdMaI The guy only remembered that he was a footballer when he went to Italy. When Scott burst into the scene everyone thought he was a future captain of the club. Mourinho called him a tiger. But he started coasting. He was injured after every 3 matches. This was on himself
