We keep our @BiologicSR2 supply under the kitchen sink, so we don't forget to dose it down the kitchen sink drain monthly. Prevents odours, improves anaerobic digestion and prevents concrete corrosion in the septic tank. Win-win-win.

Concrete corrosion of septic tanks makes them dangerous to collapse. The lazy thinking that it's ok can be deadly to innocent people walking over this hazard. We cannot have another coroners inquiry into the death of a toddler in a septic tank. We need to take responsibility and acknowledge that not enforcing sect 8.9 of the OBC is deadly & the tragedy was preventable. @oowa_org

@theimriegroup If people think we don't "allow" direct surface discharge under the Ontario Building Code they are wrong, this is all too common in hamlets and high density homes with septic systems installed in clay soils from 1950-2000 (Golden Horseshoe, Hamilton, Haldimand Niagara)
