I have been struggling mentally for some months now. All through my life, this haven't happened to me before. I was doing fine all through these years, but things changed January this year. I lost someone very close to me. This is the first time I would lose someone close to me & ever since then, I av been struggling. When the person's thought comes to my mind, I think of death & I'm always scared. Like I just understand the definition of death through the person's demise. I don't know if this is depression. I also don't know if I need a counsellor. I am doing fine financially but seems money don't solve all problems. I sincerely pray and hope I overcome this soon.
