@TeamYouTube Playlists with only videos under 2 minutes are now filled with Shorts and won't autoplay. If I add 1 video of over 3 minutes the playlist becomes a normal playlist with normal video and autoplay. What is your design philosophy?

@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube You done messed it up even more 🤣 When playing a playlist of videos that are now shorts, the playlist won't autoplay anymore because the first video keeps repeating, because it is in a Shorts window and not a video window. Well done guys 👍👍

@Opdemsaop If you don’t want your uploads to be considered a Short, you can always upload the video in a wider aspect ratio (like 16:9) to have it be a long-form video: goo.gle/3AV0lQe (2/2)

@TeamYouTube I also want to add to this that if I start the videos from a playlist, they're all normal videos somehow. Seeing how this is possible, I don't see any reason not to give us the ability to choose between video and Short.

@TeamYouTube Hi thanks for responding, I know this but then if you full-screen the video, it will rotate the screen. This defeats the whole aesthetic of listening to an album. Alas, it is what it is.

@smurkiooo13 @TeamYouTube Yeah I really like it when it's a 1:1 like actual CD covers, so when you full screen it, it stays in the same position and doesn't rotate. What a messed up situation. @TeamYouTube this needs to be resolved, please get this subject toward the team meeting, no one benefits.

@TeamYouTube i uploaded a song less than 3 mins, at first it was posted as a video but after 2 weeks its was categorized as shorts. this will damage the views and the image of my song and i want it to be viewed as a video not a short. plz change its ratio or fix it.

@TeamYouTube But it's a song, not a short. The people uploading their music don't benefit from this and the people watching shorts aren't waiting for songs. This is a terrible decision.

@TeamYouTube hi, some of my videos have turned into Shorts without my consent and I would like to know if there is a way to revert them back to normal videos. I make music and songs under 3 minutes are now shorts.

@jaminsongunner @TeamYouTube Yes please, I can't find anything about this problem online but at least I'm not the only one. This happens on all channels that I own, I tried clearing cache and all that to no avail.

@TeamYouTube @jaminsongunner Same problem here, new created playlists aren't showing up on my page and said playlists show that there are 0 videos in it, yet there's 12.

@jaminsongunner @jaminsongunner hmm...it's possible that the playlist that you're looking for might have already been deleted. note that after deleting a playlist, it will no longer be visible or searchable on YouTube
