Antisemitic attacks on Jewish community organisations are despicable acts of evil. We're supporting @Hatzola with substitute vehicles and will fund permanent replacements. I stand with the Jewish community in London and across England in standing up to this vile racism.

In the UK most houses could have all of their power supplied by Solar Panels for 2/3rds of year If we had done this we would already be almost completely fossil fuel free The panels last 40-60 years, the batteries cost £500 and last for 15 years It's basically free electricity

Kyiv ranked third in Europe for Bentley sales, - regional Director of the company, Richard Leopold. The average price of a Bentley starts at $400.000. After Europe gives Zelenskyy another 90 billion, there's every chance of taking first place.

🚨BREWDOG COLLAPSES INTO ADMINISTRATION WITH £500 MILLION DEBT — EQUITY FOR PUNKS INVESTORS TOTALLY WIPED OUT! The once-rebel craft beer empire founded by James Watt has officially been placed into administration after racking up debts exceeding £500 million (£553.8m owed to creditors). A pre-pack rescue deal to US firm Tilray for £33m (brewery + 11 bars) left a £480m shortfall. Thousands of small investors who bought shares through the heavily-promoted “Equity for Punks” crowdfunding scheme have been told their stakes are now completely worthless. 38 pubs closed and 484 staff made redundant. The anti-establishment brand that once valued itself at £2bn is in ruins. £500 million pound debt...wow James Watt and wife Georgia Toffolo (below)

Priorities, eh @Keir_Starmer? One mosque hit in a suspected arson attack and you’re straight in there pledging an extra £10 million for CCTV, alarms, fencing and security guards across the country, framing it as evil ‘anti-Muslim hatred’ that must be crushed. Yet our military – left hollowed out and underfunded for years – still gets the same tired excuse: ‘14 years of Tory neglect!’… even though you’ve been in charge for nearly two years. So genuine question, Sir Keir: exactly how many years in government does it take before ‘blame the last lot’ stops being your all-purpose get-out-of-jail-free card for the state of the country?

@EdwardLeighGB I must emit I find it hard to understand how someone can enter our country without a passport and in days is walking freely about. What’s the point of passports, border points and Customs and Excise ?

It's deeply worrying for our citizens that criminals can enter our country undetected. Why don't we detain them, vet them and assess asylum while in custody, then deport them.

🗣️ Samir Nasri on Ramadan: "Why should coaches need to know if players are observing Ramadan? In my day, no one asked me, 'Are you fasting for Ramadan or not?' We're in a secular country; normally, religion should stay in the private sphere. Does the coach go to Catholics and ask if they're observing Lent? Why wasn't this question about Ramadan an issue 20 years ago? This question shouldn't even exist. You know it's Ramadan season, you know more or less which players on your team are Muslim. You watch the matches; if a player is underperforming, you sub him out, that's it. Why go and ask him if he's fasting for Ramadan? Because he's fasting, are you going to look at him differently? It shouldn't be a thing to ask your players not to fast. Karim Benzema, he's at his best when he's under Ramadan. Do we talk about that too? Everyone has their own experience. Some players are carried by their faith too, and that, you can't know. Some eat McDonald's and score hat-tricks; there's no logic to it."

Reform UK’s Suella Braverman is being criticised for questioning a Gaza-linked student bringing her family to the UK. A student visa is for studying, not for husbands and children too. It’s a huge security risk if we start allowing this.
