It’s flipping Pancake Day! 🥞 We’re celebrating with a stack of fluffy pancakes, crème fraîche, and juicy Opies Black Cherries with Kirsch which have been mixed with blueberries and cornflour gently warmed through on the hob to thicken into a sauce. 😋

Well here is an expert view on the British side of the cornichon / gherkin debate!

@makingmewonder @substack @annebyrn @1927Kitchen @ArtofthePie Hi Rachel! They’re both completely the same :) cocktail gherkins are longstanding in our range and were originally called that to complement our garnish range, e.g cocktail cherries. Look out for a name change very soon!
