@jhnnklr @coordinate_eu @EDIFYresearch @EdinUniMentalH @EatingResearch @DrHelenSharpe @ucddublin We also found an association with "falling asleep at inappropriate times" which could reflect increased exhaustion or misaligned sleep schedules. We are currently preparing a publication on this but happy to talk about it more!

@jhnnklr @coordinate_eu @EDIFYresearch @EdinUniMentalH @EatingResearch @DrHelenSharpe @ucddublin We found a significant longitudinal association between 13-year-old Irish adolescent restrictive eating behaviours and their shorter sleep duration 3 years later, which was mediated through depressive symptoms and spending more than 3h online during the week.
