This week, the @OppiaLabs team was at Stellar House Mexico City 2026. 🇲🇽 We spent most of our time talking with people across the @StellarOrg ecosystem, sharing what we’re building with @NekoProto, exchanging perspectives, and gathering valuable feedback to keep improving both the product and our GTM. We also had the opportunity to take part in a Dev Diaries session, thanks to the invitation from @james_bachini, where we shared more about @NekoProto, our technical journey, and what it’s been like building on Stellar. Really excited for what’s coming, Neko v1 hitting mainnet soon. ☝🏻

The Oppia Team built Sentinel + ShieldPay for the Agentic Hackathon 🤖 Governance + payments for AI agents on x402 and MPP. Problem: Autonomous agents can overspend due to loops, retries, or faulty logic. Transactions run without pre-validation, so funds are committed instantly and hard to stop, leading to rapid budget drain. Solution: Sentinel (Governance Layer): Evaluates each payment using multi-agent consensus and spend policies, returning approve or reject without moving funds. ShieldPay (Payments Layer): Executes payments only after approval, handling escrow, verify/settle, and secure fund release or refunds. @BuildOnStellar @lumenloop @TrustlessWork

Código Alebrije by @StellarOrg and @TheBAFNetwork was an incredibly enriching experience for our team. 🇲🇽 Over the past days, we validated our core idea, refined our product direction, and received valuable feedback from SDF mentors and key members of the Stellar ecosystem. We also had the opportunity to connect with an amazing community of builders across LATAM, exchange ideas, and learn from other teams pushing the space forward. We are, grateful for the conversations, insights, and momentum we gained during the program. Now back to building!

Neko got accepted into FS26-1 @FS_Build A program focused on empowering founders and accelerating the development of projects into scalable companies. We aim to validate and strengthen our idea, learn from experienced founders, and prepare for future growth. First session today was amazing!

Exciting news from Oppia. 🇲🇽 Our product, @NekoProto, has been selected for the Scale Track of Código Alebrije in CDMX, powered by @StellarOrg and @StarMaker_LATAM. Código Alebrije is a builder program in Latin America that helps projects building on Stellar grow from an MVP through acceleration and mentorship. The Oppia team will be in Mexico City from March 19–23 continuing to build Neko with the Stellar ecosystem.
