@Opsgenie really needs a vacation mode as well as a way to do repeating. We split every day up so someone going on vacation for a week means 7x(# of override clicks). Pretty painful.

@grobichaux Hi @grobichaux under the Free and Essentials Plans, custom notification rules are not available and you are only able to configure one rule per event (such as New Alert, Schedule Start, etc).

has anyone used @Opsgenie to create a rotation schedule that's aware of participant timezones? it would be nice to make a policy that defaults to paging the awake people in a schedule before waking up people who are still asleep.

@Opsgenie how can I submit a ticket to get my phone number blocked from system alerts? My previous employer has been unable to remove me from the system even after multiple requests. They claim they already took care of it but I keep getting texts and calls even at midnight
