In Kwara, by now, Dr Saraki should know that he's already an elder stateman and cannot be playing politics with some sensitive issues especially that has to do with human lives in his area... While I pretend to understand Dr. Saraki's concern for Kwara's security, his criticism of Mr. President feels like a case of playing dirty politics with unfortunate incidence in Kwara. Let's not forget, Saraki's past in Kwara politics raises questions about his credibility on security and that's why we must be very careful. The Offa robbery gang case has been linked to some politicians, including those from Kwara State. In 2018, suspects confessed that they were allegedly sponsored by some politicians, including a former Senate President, Bukola Saraki. The robbers claimed they were promised N100 million and positions in government if they worked for their sponsors. Dr Saraki denied these allegations, calling them baseless and politically motivated. But he couldn't deny that some of the guys were seen in his circle at some points.... Mr. President has taken proactive steps to curb insecurity in Kwara State and I believe that's the right step: He has deployed security forces to hotspots in Kwara, there has been Increased surveillance and patrols in Kwara, and more importantly Engaged with community leaders to address root causes because the locals must fight along and conquer this evil people hiding under the shadow of whatever... See, time for finger-pointing is over; we need unity to tackle insecurity and this is across the Nation. There are other things to play politics with. What should be the priority of Kwara people is security for all, then everyone can decide to play their politics the way they like without playing down on the effort being made to bring peace.... No be everything dey sweet for agenda abeg....

My aunt (my dad elder sibling) tattoed the name (Mokeli) of his cousin who was going to the UK for education on her arm.
Mrs Adebayo@BeckaBeckalee

Those were my grandma’s arms and legs. I took the pictures just a few hours before she passed, not knowing we were going to lose her. She had been sick in the hospital, and I was with her when I found myself admiring the tattoos I had always noticed on her and took these photos. One tattoo in particular always stood out, "Rayimi". It wasn’t my grandfather’s name. Although her immediate younger brother’s name was Raimi… but really, who tattoos their brother’s name on their body? 🤪🤣 So one day, I finally asked. She told me Rayimi was a man she had dated and loved deeply in her youth. According to her, the “big girls” of her time tattooed their lovers’ names, and she did the same. Unfortunately, Rayimi later served her what I like to call a premium English breakfast. No be today men de break women!😅🤣 Life moved on. She met and married my grandfather, who never felt threatened by the tattoo. He never asked her to remove it, and so it remained as a quiet reminder of a chapter long closed. In the end, she carried "Rayimi" with her to the grave o. 🙆🏽‍♂️🤣 But not as unfinished love, rather, as part of her story. Because life doesn’t erase our past anyway; it layers over it. That tattoo wasn’t just about Rayimi anymore. It became proof that my grandmother had lived, and loved boldly, risked, lost, healed, and loved again. That tattoo carried the story of her youth, her rebellion, her growth, and her vulnerability. Those were the things I captured and preserved in photos I didn’t know would become the “last photos.” 😥🤍 PS I love tattoos. I am my grandmother’s bona fide granddaughter… but unlike her, I will not ink a man's name for love or pop culture...🙄 I can consider doing it in exchange for money, sha. 😎🤪🤣🤣🏃🏾‍♀️ (Copied)

*PRESS RELEASE* *DABIRI-EREWA FLAYS ARREST OF 42 NIGERIANS IN MOZAMBIQUE, REQUEST FOR THEIR RELEASE* ABUJA, MARCH 8, 2026: Worried by the arrest of 42 Nigerians in Mozambique without any offenses levelled against them, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa @⁨Hon Abike Dabiri⁩, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has condemned such act and demanded for their immediate release. In a statement in Abuja signed by Abdur-Rahman Balogun, the NIDCOM boss said that it is distasteful to learn that only Nigerians were allegedly handpicked for arrest. She said if they run foul of the law, the authorities should arraign and charge them before a court of law. She said the reported sudden and specific round up of only Nigerians depicts a xenophobic attack on Nigerian citizens. Dabiri-Erewa therefore urged the Mozambican authorities to immediately release the arrested Nigerians or let the law take its course. According to reports, the Nigerians were specifically singled out and arrested at a spare parts market, out of all the traders and individuals present in the market without any allegations or explanations on why they were detained. The Nigerians arrested have been confirmed to be legal residents and the Attorney General is reportedly not aware of any charges against them. They were allegedly beaten, their personal belongings stolen, and many of them are said to have fallen sick and in need of medical attention. *E-signed* . Abdur-Rahman Balogun (mnipr) Director of Media, Public Relations and Protocols, NIDCOM, Abuja. #KemKem

It started like any normal evening. Dinner was done. The house was quiet. And just when everything felt settled… a message came in. An unexpected expense. Urgent. Unavoidable. In that moment, two kinds of people exist. The first feels the panic rise fast. Heart racing.

School fees shouldn’t feel like a crisis every term. But somehow… it does. Plans get adjusted Savings get touched Peace gets interrupted And you say, “Next term will be different” But next term comes… and it feels the same It’s not about effort It’s about having a plan...

No principle, no integrity, just shame.
Tahir Abubakar M. 🇳🇬🇵🇸@mni_JJ

Today, my principal Hon @Abunaah formally begins consultations on his ambition to represent the good people of Kaduna North at the House of Representatives. This is a step rooted in service, experience, and a clear understanding of the needs of the people. Leadership is not a competition of bitterness, but a continuum of contributions, and I remain grateful for the opportunities to learn from those who have served before. As we move forward, the focus remains on engaging stakeholders, listening to the people, and building a stronger, more inclusive Kaduna North. I wish him success in this journey and look forward to a process defined by maturity, respect, and a shared commitment to progress. #KowaNamuNe #Kaka2027

🚨 BIG MOVE FOR NIGERIA’S ECONOMY 🚨 Nigeria just took a major step toward fixing one of its biggest bottlenecks, trade inefficiency. The Honourable Minister of Finance & Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, has officially launched the National Single Window in Lagos, and this is not just another policy announcement. It’s a structural shift. Here’s what it means 👇🏽 ✅ One platform. Multiple agencies. No more running from office to office. Importers & exporters can now process everything in one place. ✅ Faster clearance. Fewer delays. Ports have been a nightmare for years, this tackles that head-on. ✅ Lower cost of doing business. Time is money. This reform cuts both. ✅ Transparency + better revenue collection. Less opacity. More accountability. This is backed by ongoing port infrastructure upgrades, signaling something deeper: Nigeria is getting serious about trade competitiveness. If implemented right, this could: • Boost investor confidence • Increase non-oil revenue • Position Nigeria as a true regional trade hub This is how you unlock growth, by fixing systems, not just making speeches. 🎥 Watch how it all went down #KemKem

Countdown to OGD @ 70 From boardroom to public office, Gbenga Daniel has built a track record that cuts across enterprise and governance. Before politics, he established himself in the private sector as a successful engineer and businessman, founding Kresta Laurel—a firm that grew into a notable player in engineering and project delivery. As Governor of Ogun State (2003–2011), his administration focused on infrastructure development, industrial growth, and positioning the state as a major investment destination. Today, as Senator representing Ogun East, he continues to contribute to national discourse and legislative work. OGD @ 70 is a moment to reflect on a journey defined by structure, strategy, and staying power. #KemKem
