Although restrictions have been lifted today, we have been instructed by Public Health England that we must keep the same protocols as before. This will include wearing a mask whilst in the clinic and staff will continue to wear the appropriate PPE with extensive cleaning.

Today is the 10th anniversary of Optimum Performance Clinic. We are celebrating it a with a new logo! Thank you so much to our patients for supporting us and especially this year.

We are remaining open throughout lockdown for injuries or conditions that clinically need treatment. We will continue working with the Covid-19 precautions given by Public Health England and we would like to thank our patients for the important participation with this.

We are thrilled to announce that Optimum Performance will be opening their doors again from today. We will only be able to see injury and pain management type appointments; unfortunately we will not be providing sports massage appointments at the moment.

We are excited to now have a new platform so we can offer our patients care remotely. Through online consultations we can now discuss and assess injuries giving you guidance of self help solutions including personalised exercise plans. To book an appointment visit our website.

Our clinic will continue to be closed. As the safety of our patients and our staff is paramount. Which has always been an important ethos of the clinic. We are making plans to re-open with new measures taking place which will require the assistance of our patients.

We have now made the tough decision to temporarily close our clinic. Although it has been a really hard decision to make, as we put our pride into helping every patient,the welfare of anyone that comes into the clinic is of the highest importance.
