@British_Airways @James90992568 @British_Airways I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Surprise. It makes no difference. How incompetent is it that a company dependant upon digitalisation can’t make its app work … over a protracted period of time. #mustdobetter

How can this be acceptable. We have a fuel poverty crisis in this country with people having to choose between food or heat. I’m a firm believer in a free market economy. But this just isn’t acceptable. #fuelpoverty @BritishGas @ofgem #excessiveprofits #profiteering
