Dedicated arm days are hit and miss. Biceps fatigue mad quick. Better off doing 2-3 high quality bicep exercises and do the one where you lift the most first in a back/bicep day.

I keep seeing people posting about having a dedicated arm day instead of hitting biceps after back and triceps after shoulders because they’re too fatigued. I’ve been operating on back/bicep & shoulder/tricep days for years… should I switch up the routine? It’s worked for me thus far but am I actually missing out on gains? I consider myself an advanced lifter and I understand lifting, I don’t really need input on that front, but I’m weary to change my entire split atp unless it’s meaningful

English players have always been part of squads since 98. So not the reason.
Jamaican football need to make a decision. Go all in and find top quality talent abroad to mix with homegrown players

The funniest thing about Jamaica football is their are plenty of Andre Blake's the MLS, around the island and division 2s but it would require the JFF to actually do work to find them. Instead they get divas like Bailey and Grey make managing their egos the extent of the job
