@Opus_Energy worst energy supplier I've ever had the misfortune to have contact with. Two years after we settled and closed our business account you start ringing and texting saying we owe £500!! 10 missed calls I had during my working day when I can't answer the phone! 10! 😡

@Opus_Energy I am switching to E-on because you have increased my standing charge by 500% to £1.79 a day & not told me but E-on have said you can’t do the switch. I’ve emailed your contact us email but no reply. Is there another email address please?

Had anyone been chased by @Opus_Energy claiming they supplied a property you lived in when they didn’t? I had another supplier. They say they have resolved the issue and stop and then come back after, completely forgetting the resolution. Has anyone experienced this?
