@SharkInvested Maybe the plan for NewCo, and 4 to1 share being offered. Move patents under NewCo, close HCMC as and entity and make the retail side profitabale and investor get back initial investments. But the product i.e. QCup should be more sleek like a veep so more sales

Terrible news for $HCMC folks. Patent office threw out the patent, so it's game over across the board in HCMC v. $PM. I'll have a video today explaining. Definitely not news I want to analyze for you, but I have to, so you'll get a full explanation from me on it this afternoon.

$HCMC and $PM both requested a public oral hearing (60 min total) with the patent office to make their arguments as to why HCMC should or should not keep their electronic pipe patent. Date TBD.

@SharkInvested @JamesDSneed Maybe that why they did not explain, because the first stage here is to see there is merit to the case and then all this would have been done in exploration. Or am i wrong here Jaws. All the judge had to do was let the case go through on merit

@JamesDSneed HCMC does point out that the FDA/PM testing showed the byproducts of combustion, which is why they had it in there. I think HCMC just didn't explain it clearly enough in their filings to show why they were using the doc in the first place. That issue seems like a weakness here.

Finishing video on $HCMC's appeal brief. Still 3 wks b4 $PM responds so plenty of time to digest it. HCMC's core argument is that the judge erroneously decided for himself the def of combustion, which made him give too much weight to FDA doc + overstepped the stage of the case.

@BizWrld Not a pump but belief in the company i guess, which i still do as well. Their financials are still strong. It is a case not won, which or now would not have paid out alot. Alot of ppl are unvesting on fomo and selling that way as well.
