My name is Mariana Ryzhova, and I am the creator of the channel Drawing Stories. I’ve made this video to explain exactly what has happened to my channel over the last few weeks and why I am desperately asking for YouTube's help. For the past 1.5 years, I have poured my absolute heart and soul into Drawing Stories. Together, we built an amazing, supportive community of over 250,000 subscribers. During that entire 18-month period, my channel operated with zero violations. I followed every single community guideline and worked tirelessly to make a safe, positive space for my audience. Here is exactly what happened: 1️⃣April 25th: My channel was suddenly terminated for a "Circumvention" policy violation. I learned that creating this new channel violated the rules about prior channel issues. I genuinely just wanted a fresh start to do everything right, and I deeply apologize for this honest misunderstanding. 2️⃣The Successful Appeal: I submitted an appeal explaining my sincere mistake. YouTube's team reviewed my case and made the decision to reinstate my channel almost immediately! I was overjoyed and so incredibly grateful to the team for giving me a second chance. 3️⃣The Automated Ban: Exactly one week later, I uploaded a brand-new, completely safe video to my restored channel. The exact moment it went live, the system immediately and automatically terminated my channel again. I have tried to appeal this second ban, but I am stuck in an automated loop.
