I’m seeing some people think the ‘art’ in “fashion is art” is restricted to paintings or sculptures. An overly narrow interpretation.

It is a profound sorrow that our neighbour Sudan bleeds profusely, while the entire continent of Africa watches in deafening silence. Where is Africa’s solidarity and support?

The UAE continues to carry out terrorist attacks across Sudan, including our capital city Khartoum & international airport, a place that had just reopened as millions of Sudanese began returning home, trying to rebuild & restore normal life. May Allah punish the UAE like no other

Silence total. Je me suis levé.

My sister went in for a routine prenatal checkup, just casually mentioning she’d been having these intense headaches and seeing spots in her vision. She said something felt wrong, like her body was trying to tell her something. Her doctor barely reacted. Said headaches were normal in pregnancy, probably just stress or dehydration. Told her to drink water and get more sleep. That same night, she started feeling worse, dizzy, nauseous, her vision getting blurry. Then she collapsed. We rushed her to the hospital, and this time the doctors didn’t hesitate. Within minutes they were saying it was severe preeclampsia, her blood pressure was dangerously high, and both her life and the baby’s were at risk. Everything moved fast after that, medication, emergency interventions, constant monitoring. They told us if she had waited any longer, it could’ve turned into eclampsia… seizures, stroke, even death. She survived. The baby survived. But all of it started with her saying “something feels wrong” and not being taken seriously.

Five days after a woman's n*ked, half-eaten body was found in Haryana's Rohtak, with sticks and stones inserted in her, the police claim to have arrested eight men who have allegedly confessed to gang-r@ping and killing her. The 28-year-old woman's body was found gnawed at by animals and with key organs missing; two arms and the left side of the body was gone. The police said sticks stones and condoms were stuffed into her private parts. "I have never seen such a horrific case in 30 years. The injuries suggest she was hit on the head with a heavy object, became partly unconscious and was then Gang-r@ped. Animals and rodents had eaten bits of the body.
