Legionnaires, where are you Reporting from??

Podcast with Oration (Part 8) 🎙 If #NEAR ecosystem is a military zone, he's should be a 5 stars general.... A passionate builder and supporter, meet @cuongdc_real __________________________ > Briefly Tell us about yourself Ans: I’m Kent. Just another NEAR community member since 2021. I've been around here long enough that I started making some useful things—at least, I think so! I worked with the team to build the NEAR Vietnam community and helped organize NEAR APAC 2023. That was a huge IRL event with over 20k+ people, probably the biggest tech event in HCM city at that time. > When did you join Web3 or crypto? Ans: I joined crypto back in 2021. It was a crazy, fun time back then. > When and how did you join NEAR? Ans: I got into NEAR through the LearnNEARClub developer program around late 2021. Back then, if you learned and built something using NEAR tech, and showed a working product on their live demo day, you'd get an NFT credential and 100 NEAR back, special thanks Uncle Sasha >Tell us your Ironclaw experience Ans: It’s fast, works well, and uses way less system resources than other claws. It has its own pros—I really like how it handles private keys and private APIs, basically keys never leak, that’s super safe and useful! A few minor issues though, like sometimes it just stops working and I have to manually restart it. It happens to OpenClaw or Hermes too, though maybe less frequent there, but yeah, it happens. > What are you building recently? Ans: Just building some AI stuff with a team of great builders. I believe this product will bring a lot of usability to Ironclaw, make it way more user-friendly and actually useful to use. Stay tuned for that. > Any major win in NEAR or in crypto? Ans: I’ve been around since the BSC memecoin days, then Solana memes, then NEAR memes. Had some pretty decent wins, but honestly, lost most of it. My last BIG win wasn’t even about the money, just the pure fun—I became the 'Lonk King' by buying super early, took 10% of the supply, burnt it, and held the title for a year. That project is dead now, just like most memes, but it was a fun ride. But at the end of the day, friends are all we've got along the way. I met a lot of great people in crypto and became close friends with some of them. That's what I feel I win the most." > How do you see the NEAR ecosystem? Ans: Clearly not as hyped or alive as top ecosystems like Solana or Ethereum right now. But at least we still have people who actually care about NEAR, use it, and give feedback. It feels like a small village, but with a lot of potential." > Previously you were asking for support for Intear API, how did you go about? Do you think NEAR builders lack financial support? Ans: Slime finally got the support he deserve, that's all i care about. About builders lacking financial support—I think it’s less about lacking cash and more about the model. Builders need a system that connects with real demand from users and stakeholders. Like an idea board or builder board where people can vote and crowdfund cool projects or MVPs. Especially focusing on the intersection of NEAR Intents, AI, and chain-abstracted DeFi. That's where the focus should be." > Which AI coins are you holding and why? Ans: $NEAR, bcz there is simply no other better choice. > If you're opportune to be "Illia Polosukhin" of NEAR in a day, what will you do differently that he's not doing rn? Ans: If I were Illia for a day, I'd focus more on directly funding small, grassroots hackathon projects. He's doing great with the big AI vision, but I’d spend my 24 hours making sure micro-builders get fast, easy grants to ship products without the usual bureaucracy. > Parting words Ans: Hit me up if you need any help navigating the NEAR ecosystem or validator stuff, thanks _____________________ It's a privilege having you as a guest, thanks to all you do for NEAR ecosystem, you crawl for us to fly Till next Podcast Stay tuned #PodcastwithO

Today I got to ring the bell at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange – founded 1585! – to celebrate the @bitwise @NEARProtocol Staking ETP. We're excited that more investors and institutions now have access to NEAR, powering our work at the intersection of AI & blockchain.
