@Orcon hey it's been 6 weeks without internet now in our new home because the fibre guys have visited once, not set anything up and never come back. You're our provider - why aren't you doing anything? I work from home and can't use phone data forever

Received, unboxed and setup for use July 24 Reported faulty August 11 Declined warranty claim for wear and tear I had it for 18 days 😒 Don't think I'll be buying @Razer @RazerANZ again @Orcon not exactly being helpful either

Have been quiet re my Internet issues, but once again, Orcon let the side down with drop outs, disconnections nightly and other irritations. Can anyone suggest a better power/internet supplier please?-Not Telecom /Spark or whatever they call themselves (Christchurch area)
