3) Inflation and food shortages.

@OrdinaryGoose @PhilWMagness No, parliament, the Duma had become moribund even before the war started. It had been more an advisory body than a true parliament anyway. To some degree it was the protests, but second hand as it was the pressure from nobles and generals that encouraged the Tsar to go.
