To make it even more silly, a "barrel" as a unit of measurement is 158.98 litres, but the actual physical barrels used in transportation and storage have a nominal volume of 208 litres and take 200 litres of oil. So there are in fact 1.27 barrels of oil in a barrel of oil. I hope this helps clear things up for you.
