True heart health starts with the basics: ✅ Don’t ignore high blood pressure or persistent fatigue. ✅ Balance your plate with fruits, veggies,&healthy fats. ✅ Limit the "silent strainers":excess sugar, salt&alcohol. #HealthyHabits #HealthyFoods PS:tried TomBrown with fruits?

Funny thing about vision boards… Decades ago, my mom had one without even knowing it; a magazine cutout of a beautiful car on our wall. She saw it every single day for over two years. One day, she decided to buy a car and asked my uncle to help her choose. When it arrived… it was the exact same car from that magazine. Sometimes, what you consistently see becomes what you eventually receive.
nduka omeife@ndukaomeife

A clear vision held daily is more powerful than scattered effort. Write it down. Read it aloud every day. Build a vision board. What you see consistently, you become.

No one body-shames more than fellow women, and it’s something we really need to unlearn. I remember after I just gave birth, I was doing exclusive breastfeeding for my baby. I was eating well, but I kept getting lean. Instead of support, some people kept asking if I wasn’t eating properly, saying I was supposed to be “fatter” by now. Honestly, I just ignored the comments and focused on my baby and my health. The truth is, if you’re fat, people will talk. If you’re slim, people will still talk. You can never please everyone. At the end of the day, just make sure you’re eating healthy, taking care of yourself, and doing what’s best for you. Your body is not up for public opinion.

A Chick-fil-A employee found nearly $10,000 in cash in the restaurant’s bathroom….and instead of pocketing it — he helped return it to the owner. His reasoning? It’s what Jesus would do. “That’s not what Jesus would have done. That’s not what God would have wanted.” “Money is useless without character.” His name is Jayden Cintron.🙏

In case you are going through some stuff and challenging times, know that on this day, 11th of April, 2006, I was one month away from my 36th birthday. I lost my job and it was my first child’s naming ceremony (remember I posted her birthday last week Saturday). The company was owing me about two salaries at the time. Everything looked hopeless. While the ceremony was going on, there was no form of entertainment for our guests. My brother-in-law noticed and called me to the corner and gave me ₦15,000. That money was my rescue. His name is Emmanuel Michael. I will forever be grateful to him. On the anniversary of today, I usually send him a huge sum. His account will make gbam!!! boom!!! and he will call me, and I would remind him 😊. Your situation will not always be the same. Time is a healer. Keep working, keep showing up, keep learning, give if you can and at God’s own time, He will make everything beautiful. Good morning and welcome to this beautiful weekend. Artemis II mission did not land on the moon. The crew completed a successful 10-day mission (ending April 10, 2026) that involved a flyby around the moon to test systems before returning to Earth. Artemis II was designed to circle the Moon rather than land on it, clearing the path for the future Artemis III landing mission. Artemis II Mission Details: Mission Goal: A crewed lunar flyby to test the Orion spacecraft. Crew: NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen. Launch/Return: Launched on April 1, 2026, and returned to Earth with a successful splashdown in the Pacific Ocean on April 10, 2026. Accomplishment: The mission flew behind the moon (the far side) but did not land. Artemis III is currently planned to be the mission that returns humans to the lunar surface.

Neil Armstrong is still the ONLY man who stepped on the Moon. These Artemis II guys just went round about it.

When I tweet in support of their candidates, they are happy. When I tweet in support of the government, that's where they draw the line. mumu dokay, slave, fuuul, etc. Bring it on. I can only pray for you and wish you well. I'm not responsible for your predicament. Daily, I'm carrying my cross and moving forward, irrespective of what the reality may present.

I’m not here to patronize anyone. I am for everyone, yet beholden to no one. Don’t let the "Dr." title or perceived proximity to power fool you; I have never benefited, directly or indirectly, from this government. My convictions are my own, and my words are unbought. I play for an audience of One: Jesus Christ. ⚖️🙏

Dearest Family on X How are you holding up! No, really how are you truly doing? Because beyond the quiet tears, you still whisper, “I’m fine.” Behind the weight of debts and pressure, you force a smile and say, “I dey well o.” In front of empty pots, with no food, no groceries.. you still find the strength to say, “All is well.” I see you. We see you. And the truth is... you are not alone in this. We are all fighting battles we do not always speak about. We are all carrying something heavy. But remember what Sir @ndukaomeife taught us the mind is the most powerful weapon. Only a few truly understand this. “As a man thinks, so he is.” So this is not the time to feed your fears. This is not the time to surrender to doubt. Feed your hope. Strengthen your vision. Nurture your dreams. Even if it is slow... Even if it is hard... Even if no one claps for you right now!!! You are working on it. And you will get there. Hold on. Stay strong. Your story is not ending here. We rise… together ..we will definitely! I love you but God Almighty loves you most

She brought akara on Tuesdays. Never announced it. Just placed a small nylon bag on my desk without breaking stride and kept moving. Hot. Wrapped in newspaper the way God intended. I tried to give her money three times. She looked at me each time like I had said something foolish and walked away. Her name was Mama Emeka. She cleaned our office building on Broad Street every morning before anyone arrived. Fifth floor. Twelve offices. Two bathrooms she treated like her own home. By the time the first person walked through at 8am everything smelled like morning and possibility. The day already prepared for you by someone you barely looked at. I started coming in early in 2019. 6am. Project pressure. She was always already there. We shared the building in that quiet hour before the world arrived. She mopped. I typed. Neither interrupted the other's work. We talked in the spaces between. Her son in Ikorodu. Computer science. She sent money every month from this job and a second one cleaning a church on weekends. Seven years without missing a month. I asked if it was hard. She said hard was relative. She had seen harder. This was just consistent. I sat with that word for days. March 2020 the lockdown closed everything. Building shut. I thought about her once in the first week then work swallowed everything and weeks became months. When we returned in August she was gone. Different cleaner. Young girl. I asked the facilities manager about Mama Emeka. He said she was let go during lockdown. Budget cuts. Standard thing. Standard thing. I found her number on an old contact sheet. She picked up on the second ring. I asked how she was. She said she was managing. I asked what managing meant. She went quiet. Then said she had lost both jobs in the same week. That her son had been home since lockdown with no way back to school. That she was doing small washing jobs in the neighborhood. Seven years of consistent. Gone in one budget meeting she wasn't in the room for. I called her son two days later. Bright boy. Hungry enough to learn fast. I connected him to someone running a small digital agency needing reliable help. He started the following week. By December it was full time. By March 2021 he was sending money home. She called me the day the first transfer came through. I could hear her in the kitchen. Pots. Radio. The sound of a woman whose consistency had finally exhaled. She said she needed to tell me something. I waited. She said every Tuesday she brought akara because I was the only person in that building who said good morning first. Not to her specifically. Just said it into the room the way people say it when they mean it for everyone. Including the person holding the mop. She said small things tell you everything about a person. I held the phone and said nothing. Because some sentences don't need a response. They just need someone still enough to receive them fully. She found a job at a hospital in Gbagada. Better hours. Her son is in his final year now. She calls me on Tuesdays. Never misses a Tuesday. I asked her why Tuesdays specifically. She laughed and said because that was akara day. And some habits are worth keeping even when the reason changes shape. Some people clean more than floors. They clean the parts of your day you didn't know had gotten dusty. Quietly. Before you arrive. Before you even know you needed it.
