If somebody's great you go all out to get them." Traditional CEOs rely on reports and middle management. Elon ignores the rules to get straight to the truth.

This is one of the problems I have with the scientific community: if they are right then we are already doomed and there is nothing we can do about it. They literally said back 2000 that if it wasn’t reversed by 2010 it was too late. The other interesting thing to keep in mind is: climate has changed by extreme amounts in the past. Scientist think that 100% of the ice was gone from Greenland and the Arctic 5000 years ago! Which is crazy recent. Fortunately, a lot of scientists predictions have been off by an order of magnitude.
