It is absolute madness in Iran.
The ceasefire has made the surviving regime rabid and intoxicated.
These parades reportedly happen all the time, including nighttime where they will scream islamic chants and intimidate normal Iranians trying to sleep. If anyone complains, or even speaks to other people, the regime will arbitrarily arrest them on invented charges.
Do not abandon Iran, President Trump. Do not forget your initial promise was to help the people, not impose a nuclear deal.

@NiohBerg Short of an invasion, which is not going to happen, what more do you expect the US to do? If only the Iranian Army would do the right thing. Iranians should be very appreciative to the US for its efforts to undermine the regime. The US cannot be expected to do it all.

@gghamari I suspect he will declare victory and end the operation. He’s already declared that a change in regime has occurred. I disagree with that assessment, but he keeps repeating it. An invasion is not happening. I don’t foresee a resumption in hostilities. No invasion of Kharg

@gghamari I would love to see the regime fall but how can the US finish the job? The air strikes have failed to dislodge the regime. Absent a ground invasion by the US, which won’t happen, how will more airstikes topple the regime? If elements of the regular army rebelled it would help

The regime in Iran doesn’t only threaten the safety of every country in the region, let alone the world. The mullahs are a danger to global trade and stability by placing everyone at the mercy of their doomsday cult ideology.
Even if you live far away and think you are unaffected by this regime surviving year by year, you’d be dead wrong. Their chaotic, irrational nature will eventually threaten your daily life economy especially if you work with trade or do business.
There are so many layers to how this dictatorship threatens the entire world, not only the Middle East.
To remove this regime is to remove the constant deterioration of world peace and stability.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Meyers, FL by bludgeoning her to death with a hammer is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2022. An immigration judge ordered Rolbert Joachim deported from the U.S. later that same year, but DHS says the Biden admin shielded him from deportation by granting him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024. There is an extremely graphic video of the April 3rd killing on social media. Joachim is seen hitting a vehicle with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station. The clerk comes out to confront him, he walks right at her, and with full strength, he bludgeons her in the head with the hammer. She falls down unconscious and he crushes her head with the hammer 6 more times. He is now in local custody and ICE has placed a detainer on him. DHS statement to FOX: “This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life,” said Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis.

@wil_da_beast630 If bombing infrastructure is a war crime, FDR was a war criminal. “Civilian” infrastructure can be used for war making purposes. And even if that isn’t the case, undermining the morale of the enemy is reasonable and justified.

At some obvious level, it just......clearly is not true that all or most destruction of enemy infrastructure during hot wars constitutes "war crime."
No war would ever be possible if "bridges, roads, cities, and the grid" - space earlier today - were off limits.
It often seems like we have a secondary pseudo-elite - made up reporters, activists, "minority leaders" and such - which has been taught a few magic words and mostly engages in the parrot-like recitation of these as mantras.

@NiohBerg There is no realistic way to arm Iranian civilians. As for the argument that bombing alone will not overthrow the mullahs, that is not what a lot of Iranians said before the conflict. We were told that if only Israel had destroyed the Supreme Leader during the 12 Day War…

If it's true that America tried to arm Iranians in the biggest cities, but the Kurds who were supposed to transfer the weapons kept them instead, that's a MASSIVE scandal.
Arming citizens in places like Tehran and Mashhad and other major cities is the only way to achieve regime change. No amount of bombing on its own can remove the mullahs.
This would imply that the US did try to help, but it was sabotaged by separatist elements in Kurdish regions.

@JohnnyNash77 I hate the regime but if no elements of the Iranian army are willing to rebel why should US troops have to do the job? As for Iranians welcoming US troops, we were told by some that a military push would allow Iranians to topple the regime. That has not happened.
