Guys buying a taxi or Building rooms for rental, which 1 is the best investment?

@neothechef @naytholo I don’t know exactly what qualifies as a rental business man , but I currently have 4 rental rooms that are fully occupied, and I’m planning to add another 3 rooms next year

@Orochimaru875 @naytholo I can tell you are not in the residential rental accom business. Like I said, there's too much turnover in the market; our economy is in the toilet. You've a tenant for two months, then for the next two or three you don't. Now imagine if you built using bank loans.
