OSA plans to publish a selection of conference papers for the purpose of informing policy makers, humanitarian organizations, governments, and civil society organizations of documented conditions in the Horn where programs, policy and funding are carried out.

To be considered to present at the mid-year conference, please submit your abstract by the deadline of January 31, 2023 to OSAConferences2023@gmail.com. If accepted, the deadline to submit a final policy paper is February 28, 2023.
