Many staff in the NHS are grossly underpaid (even on Christmas day👇) but none more so than Junior Doctors who frequently graduate with >£100k debt

MRI - very impressive ITB inflammation 👀👀, mild effusion
Also lateral patella offset / tilt & Hoffa's fat pad oedema
Thoughts on pathobiomechanical relationship between ITBCS & PFP?
We know ITB has slips to lateral retinaculum...
Or simply both common overload conditions rearing their heads simultaneously? 🧐

I submitted an FOI request to the GMC asking them about the tax they pay.
Turns out, the GMC do not pay tax. They class doctors' fees as charity.
They take £500/yr from doctors, pay zero tax on it, and use it to give their staff £250k salaries and private healthcare.

Matt goes to the heart of it. With current measurement technology and state-of-the-art computers it is still impossible to predict the weather more than a few days ahead. Yet these same people, with the same technology, think they can model long term climate change. They can't.

We have revoked the derogation granted to Weston General Hospital. It has become apparent that both the BMA and NHS England were misled over the level of staffing cover. Either local management were unaware they had sufficient senior cover, or they deliberately misled us.
