100% correct, I teach our residents and fellows that you should plan the “revision acl” at the primary! Ie don’t use some new fancy fixation device that you cannot revise simply! I will die on that quote as well! Many of these devices should have never made it to the market!

This is one of the best threads I’ve seen in a while.
For me, decision making and surgical skills are the easy part. Communication - with pts of various backgrounds and with much different expectations - is where I’ve made the greatest improvement…or at least I hope.
