I don't know Leo's personal thoughts on the TLM, but I think irrespective of his beliefs, the Church is going to incrementally (and the unfortunate emphasis on INCREMENTALLY) return Summorum Pontificum, just call it something else so Francis' legacy isn't entirely destroyed.

@PillarCatholic “I desire mercy, and not sacrifice. For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners" (Matthew 9:13). It’s easy to be judgmental, much harder to be merciful. Christ’s sacrifice to give us the Eucharist can’t be ignored in deciding if repentant, reverent sinners can receive.
