To be clear, we're not here to bash @polar_sh. They built a great product and we have nothing against them personally.
But receiving this decision out of nowhere, via an email, with no prior warning and no chance to discuss... that hits hard when your entire revenue stream depends on it.
We're a small team. We spent the last 6 months with impacted revenue, heads down building, not allocating enough time to the platform. We finally launched the new version. 2 weeks later, this.
It's the worst timing possible.

Polar's new Acceptable Use Policy now explicitly bans #OSINT platforms. @polar_sh, we genuinely don't understand this. Is it simply because OSINT is too new and you're worried about the unknowns that come with it?
OSINT is used by journalists, fraud investigators, cybersecurity researchers, and everyday people protecting themselves online.
It's a shame, because we truly believe OSINT will be a major industry player in the coming years. We would have loved to grow alongside your platform. 🤝

Credits are a standalone currency that can be purchased either via a subscription or as a one-off purchase.
