Thank you for expressing your concerns around this video. We were also very upset when it was brought to our attention. We have ZERO tolerance for this type of situation therefore our crew member has been let go. The behaviour here is unacceptable. We are also strengthening our training to ensure our teams know how to properly handle situations like this moving forward. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels welcome and respected in our restaurants.
