Today is the @UticaComets final regular season game of 2018. A day I can honestly say I've been dreading all season. Last year, @UticaGreenMan and I decided to retire after this season. We've grown personally and professionally over these last five years and it's time to be

Coming out of tweet retirement to share this beautiful moment. Koda the beagle became paralyzed 8 weeks ago & is slowly learning how to use his wheels. We were told to give him a little tug if he needed the encouragement. Our other pup Yogi took care of that for us on his own 🤍

@OtherGreenMan @Canuck_Faithful Let’s get through these two games this weekend and see what the big club does. They will need another goalie with an NHL contract in Utica.

There’s been a fair bit of goalie movement over the last number of days in the NHL/AHL. I don’t expect the Canucks/Comets situation to go unfixed for long. There are tenders out there to be had who can shoulder the load for the Comets.

@OtherGreenMan @WestEnd1888 @ESPNSportsZilla @UticaComets @arch2five If Archibald wasn’t in the plans beyond this season, and they managed to grab a 6th round pick, (which has value) along with creating a space to graduate Demko, it was a reasonable risk with McKenna possibly not clearing.

At the end of the day I’m just thrilled Demko is getting his shot, and it’s likely Archie gets a shot with Ottawa. I think Kulby has potential and obviously with DiPietro coming up next season they’ll be good for the future. Just sucks for us now.

He is nothing more than AHL backup at best. Also if not Philly than Toronto was taking McKenna since they only have 2 healthy goalies. How does Benning not see that?.

@ESPNSportsZilla @UticaComets Kulbakov will be getting a bit of a run until the organization finds a new fit. I’m okay with this. McKenna would have been a very solid addition, but there are other goalies who should be available who can carry the load as well.
