@AllStarCyclops Oh yeah at action he's amazing, but idk I just don't like his art style but that's absolutely a me thing.

@Ottersul I agree the pacing is kinda alll over the place. But it’s not the worst thing we’ve gotten lol. It’s decent. As for art, Díaz’s art leaves me mixed. Some panels look great, I think he is great at action. But then some panels look awkward too. & I remain critical on the coloring.

#Xspoilers Another issue of this arc and still feels really eh and even a bit rushed, the art is nice tho, not a fan of Díaz's style but it does good job in actions panels. Really like how Scott worries about Illyana...🥺 Also, excited to see some Kwannon in action next issue

Finished the Long Halloween... what a masterpiece, well deserved all the praise it gets... also man how interesting is Harvey Dent character... I really want to read more of him. Gotta say prosecutors always end up crazy its just facts🫢

#Xspoiler “Run and hide”? Wdym, he’s been one of the most active fighting anti-mutant groups. The way he doesn’t explain himself feels like a caricature of his “leader” persona. Funny , Scott’s even put major decisions to a vote before, so why not here? Why is he being so obtuse?

@emmfrosttanya Yeah... I still see stuff about her, but at this point I just discard their opinions as people that cleary haven't read comics... I think Emma along with Scott are the most complex characters in the whole series so yeah some ppl don't get them and shit on them😔

@emmfrosttanya oh yeah, that whole era from 2015-2018 sucks for her, writers clearly didn't give a shit about her character and antagonized her, I'm sure it was an editoral thing, but really disgusting how they ignored everything written so far of her

@Ottersul She's literally iconic she has everything depth, redemption arc she owns her wrong doings, anti hero turned heroine i just hated how in X-Men vs inhumans they relegated her to villisn again and it was just dumb her worst arc tbh

I still think its crazy what Emma character used to be and how she would swap bodies (twice) with an X-men. Anyways, love how Ororo thinks about Jean to try and control Emma's telepathy... Fun issues

#Xspoilers Really beautiiful panel. This team of kids is growing on me, I think Simone has done an overall good job with them and well artists of Uncanny add a whole lot to the hype too. Hope we stop getting supernatural and magic stuff from now onwards, since this arc is done.

day 10 of missing this kind of interactions between the x-men

Haven't post my art in a while... Changing that with Kurt as the hierophant, fifth card of the tarot deck. The most moral character in the series imo. One of the meanings of this card is “the bridge between the sacred and the everyday" which I think fits perfectly with him.

Some today's reading Scotts, love the early 80s fashion he had

@writerfromnorth Right, but at least in United it doesn’t read like “strength flipped into a flaw,” it reads like Scott being flattened into Bossy Leader guy imo. The tantrum with his friends feels like a shortcut to make him the problem, not the control-spiral that’s actually rooted in who he is

@Ottersul Which, if that's the way they're heading with it, that's awesome. Scott is a great leader, but he needs to be able to step back when needed. A great strength has been flipped around and that's good storytelling imo

#Xspoilers #2 and this is still pretty good, really like blind Scott showing his ability to still be super badass and effective in combat. Also, love the relationship between Mei and Scott really fun duo, kinda wanted more panel time of these two but I know, it's a limited run.
