@LisaCroft @santikapowski @sanemjfan I've always thought the answer to this is a composite character that represents his accusers in general, like Lavon Muhammad, Michelle Flowers, Gavin, etc.
I also think portraying Victor Gutierrez outright and his role as an agent for these accusers, is just as important.

I still can not believe this is the real issue. I can't. Everyone and their mother knew about the 1994 settlement and its conditions - we, the fans, talked exactly about THIS when the movie was announced. No way it was overlooked by the Estate, Universal and Lionsgate lawyers.
