@JimLaPorta I’d have to go back and find the denial paperwork. I still had VA benefits from a previous title 10 deployment so I didn’t fight it and my wife was just over it. Fighting with the govt is like fighting with a toddler.

President Trump and SecWar Pete Hegseth just announced the National Guard troops defending our homeland will now receive full benefits, equivalent to those of active duty service members. Troops deployed to the southern border, DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force, Memphis Safe Task Force, NOLA Special Safety Mission, and other interior enforcement missions deserve our recognition and support. They stepped up to restore law and order in the United States.

We haven't re-opened it on purpose. We are forcing the rest of the world to feel the pain of not being loyal to the USA. We don't use the Strait for our oil - everyone else does. Joe Kent is a heavily decorated combat veteran who served with the 75th Ranger Regiment and U.S. Special Forces. He served eleven combat tours, primarily in Iraq, and retired in 2018, becoming a paramilitary officer with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). His wife, Senior Chief Shannon M. Kent, was killed by a suicide bomber in Syria in 2019. I very much doubt that he was leaking anything, and I think it’s disgusting that members of the Trump Administration would attempt to circulate something like that without providing any kind of evidence, all because he decided to resign in protest of yet another war - which he has seen plenty of - in the Middle East.

Senior officials in the Trump Administration tell Fox News that Joe Kent was “a known leaker” - and was cut out of intelligence briefings with President Trump months ago. Adding that he had not been part of any Iran planning discussions or briefings at all. An official says the White House also told the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard that she should fire Kent for suspected leaks, but she never had him removed as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).

My feed is full of this kind of slanderous nonsense. You aren’t going to sway me to your side by lying about me. The Iranian regime can go to hell. I’ve spoken out against the Islamification of America more, and more explicitly, than most of the people supporting this war. This kind of bullshit doesn’t land with me. The only thing I care about when it comes to this operation or any other operation — literally the only thing I care about, or have ever cared about — is whether it benefits our people or not. I’m not convinced that it does. And the sheer amount of lying and defaming its proponents are doing against me has certainly not endeared me to their cause, to put it mildly.
