A little throwback for Shuffle. 👀 Found this UI builder concept from a while ago. It's always fun to see how your design thinking evolves over time. Some ideas still hold up, others I'd redesign completely. What do you think? 👉@OutglowStudio

Found this pricing page concept I designed almost 2 years ago. It's interesting how much my thinking around pricing UX has evolved since then. Designing pricing pages isn't about making the Pro plan bigger. It's about reducing friction in the decision-making process. Every detail matters: • plan hierarchy • feature grouping • CTA emphasis • monthly vs annual toggle • visual weight Looking back, I'd probably approach several things differently today. What's the biggest pricing UX mistake you keep seeing in products?

Skill or agent? Changes the cost, not just the style. Skill does one thing and stops. Agent can loop: act, check, adjust, repeat. That loop pays off in prototyping, a11y, DS compliance, and code review. Clear rule to check against, so it knows when to stop. Discovery, research and definition don't have that rule. A self-checking loop there just burns tokens. Got a pile of interviews to process? Plain loop, one call per item, no self-grading. Map it before you build. Which parts of the process are a skill, which get handed to an agent, and which model actually needs to touch each step. You don't need your smartest model everywhere. Same as with people 😀 What's been your experience with this?

For one of Spacelift's products, I built an AI product design team: 12 specialized Claude Code agents that handle the entire process - research → definition → prototyping → support in preparing for user testing → handoff. Quality gates for code, a11y, the copywriting system, and UX design. Opus is only used where errors are most costly. A single command triggers the loop. Time to test this stuff 🫠 👉 Check out what we also do at @OutglowStudio

Hey X, I'm Arek 👋 By day, I'm a product designer at @spaceliftio, where I design integrations and support the R&D team on new products. It's where I get to sit at the messy edge of design and engineering, which is exactly where I like it. After hours, @patwasik and I are building @OutglowStudio - a design studio where all those years of craft get to live out loud. Here's a sneak peek at what we're cooking at Outglow 👇
