How are your roads going to be built? Who is going to build them? Who is going to pay for them to be built? Who is going to determine the route the road is going to take? What happens when someone refuses to sell their land when the road needs to go through their land? What happens when a lot of people refuse to sell their land so the road can be built? Who determines the quality of the road that is to be built and with what materials and processes will be used to build the road? Who determines who the materials are from? Who determines whether no gaft or corruption was used in determining any of the above?
