No one talks about how easy it is to talk about balancing academics and upskilling as a CS student than actually implementing it, if you've been on this journey before now, what and how did you actually do that?

Been a while here, guys. Never stopped learning, was just unable to document my progress cause of how busy I was. Though I'm sort of devastated.😂 Forgot the passwords to the next level of overthewire, so I've got no choice but to start from the beginning.😭

What if I drop out?

Decided to incorporate overthewire to my learning so as to strengthen my linux, thanks to @__hemophile Cisco netacad + overthewire + tryhackme.

Hey guys, I solidified my knowledge about the transport layer(TCP/UDP) today by working with mininets on the cyberops workstation VM, I learnt, specifically, the three-way handshake which the TCP uses to maintain connection between a server and a client in a network.

What is the difference between Unix and Linux ???

Beginner mistake in summary: - Chasing tools instead of understanding. - Skipping Networking and Linux Fundamentals. - Installing tools instead of learning deep. - Rushing exploits - not understanding the “why.” - Too much tuts no practice. - Not documenting. ✌🤍

Today I was taught the history and basic information on Linux by @AhfricanAce . He offered to take me classes on Linux and Python Automation The class was highly interactive and I'm currently anticipating the next session. Linux commands practice begins next class.
